Electric Strikes & Mag Locks

Electric strikes and mag locks allow for the unlocking of a door from a remote location. For instance, a front door to an office building may stay locked for security reasons, however, when a visitor arrives, a button within the office can be pressed to unlock the door and allow the visitor entrance. This type of situation works best with an intercom or video system so the office personnel can identify the visitor prior to being buzzed in.
