Rekey

All new homeowners should rekey house locks as soon as possible after the closing. Once the locks are rekeyed to a new key anyone attempting to use the old key will not be able to unlock the door. We recommend rekeying even if the previous owners are trustworthy because you don’t know who else might have keys such as a contractor, cleaning service, healthcare provider or a neighbor.
